Acceptable stay near the tunnel

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and included everything I needed. There was even an ironing board.
Upon arrival, the situation was chaotic. I was charged to park for the night even though there is no extra security. The food was overpriced and mediocre. Breakfast was cold, even though I was one of the first down as my train was early. This was DISAPPOINTING.
